There are those whose offers are very tempting, but the illusion of a cheap price collapses on the day of cleaning,
Then it turns out that you have to pay for... and for... and for... and then the price is much higher than the market average.
Why? That's it... when there are those who don't know and pay, then there are those who take. Unfortunately.
So when you get a quote - demand it in writing as much detail as possible.
Why you should pay special attention -.
* That there will be all the important sections for you to clean/wash/polish (doors, windows, panels, floors, etc.)
* That there will be a liability for all materials to the cleaning company
* You must be responsible for any damage that may occur
* Commitment to a closed price with no add-ons
Our price is completely final, and the commitment is fulfilled
Because when a customer sends a customer, there's probably a reason for that.
So, how does this work?
I ask a series of questions, decide if I should visit the apartment or maybe ask for pictures
- But once I give you a price, I put it in writing and the price is final.
I have three commitments for each client:
1. Do not leave the apartment until you are completely satisfied
2. Aim for zero damage, with personal liability and insurance coverage.
3. A written commitment to a closed price with no changes as agreed upon in advance
After we have closed and committed to each other, we will arrive at the apartment at the appointed time, we will clean the apartment or house exactly as planned, and you will have a quiet mind - the only surprise waiting for you is a clean house!
